1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time is not the same as shipping time.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Asia, North America & Europe)
We offer the following shipping options for orders shipped within Asia, North America & Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to over 200 countries and regions worldwide through our trusted logistics partners. Our service covers most major destinations, including but not limited to:

3.1 Non-Serviceable Countries & Regions
Due to international sanctions, embargoes, or current operational restrictions imposed by carriers, we are unable to ship to the following countries and regions:

  • Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria.

  • Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (services suspended).

  • Certain regions under war zones or with severe security issues.

This list is subject to change based on carrier policies and international regulations.

3.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
International delivery times vary significantly. The following are estimates only.

3.3 Taxes, Duties & Customs Import Fees
Important: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected or controlled by Taoism Sect.
We cannot predict what these charges will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned, destroyed, or held by customs, for which we cannot be held responsible. No refunds will be issued for returned orders due to unpaid customs fees.

4. Order Tracking & Receiving Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information usually updates within 48 hours.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your delivery reception area. If the package is still missing after 5 days, please contact us at [louis@feynmanfacilities.com.cn] with your order number.

5. Shipping Issues: Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages
We pack all items with care. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, please notify us promptly:

  • Lost Package: If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time (exceeding the estimated delivery window by more than 5 days), please contact us.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [louis@feynmanfacilities.com.cn] with photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received, along with your order number. We will evaluate the situation and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
